ANTHONY CAPPUCCIO, CFM
VICE PRESIDENT
Anthony Cappuccio has been over two decades of experience in facilities
management, including 14 years as Director of Facilities for Atlantic
County. In this capacity, he developed programs for, assisted in the
design of, and supervised the construction of several multi-million dollar
projects, including the Atlantic County Training Center in Egg Harbor
Township, New Jersey, the Atlantic County Library in Galloway
Township, New Jersey, and the Atlantic County Animal Shelter in
Pleasantville, New Jersey. Cappuccio also served as the Executive Director
of the County’s Supported Work Program prior to his appointment as
Director of Facilities.
Cappuccio also has experience in the private sector, having served as
Facilities and Maintenance Director for Dwyer Hotels and Resorts immediately
prior to joining CAE Building Solutions. In this position, he was
responsible for comprehensive maintenance of all Dwyer properties, including
physical structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment.
Cappuccio received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Biscayne College in
Miami, Florida.

RON MARKS
VICE PRESIDENT, ENERGY CONSULTING
With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Ron Marks
understands how to help clients reduce their energy expenses. A Masters
of Business Administration Degree from Widener University in Chester,
Pennsylvania, combined with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware in
Newark, Delaware, give him a unique perspective on energy
consulting; he sees energy consumption and purchasing from a
businessperson’s point of view, as well as an engineer’s point of view.
Prior to joining Concord Business Solutions, Marks was Director of
Business Development for Conectiv Energy Systems in Atlantic City,
New Jersey, Manager of Investment Operations at Energy Technology

MANNY CORTI
ENERGY ENGINEER
Manny Corti calls upon more than 33 years of experience in the energy
industry in order to identify ways for businesses to maximize energy
efficiency and/or purchase energy at a lower rate. Prior to joining
Concord Business Solutions, Corti served as Manager of Business Development
and Market Manger for Atlantic Electric/Conectiv, where he developed and
oversaw energy efficiency projects for a variety of clients, including
Ritz Condominiums in Atlantic City, New Jersey; Hotel Bethlehem in
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; Atlantic City Medical Center, Shore Division in
Atlantic City, New Jersey; Buck Hill Inn in Pocono, Pennsylvania; and
Gloucester County Community College in Sewell, New Jersey.
Corti began his career as a Sales Engineer at The Trane Company, which
manufactures heating, ventilating, air conditioning and building
management equipment and systems. He excelled at The Trane Company for
26 years, progressing to the position of Director of Engineered Systems
and securing contracts with clients such as General Electric, IBM, Ford
Motor Company, International Paper Company, and a number of Atlantic
City casinos.
Manny Corti received a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
